Burial of Late Angela Ezechukwu of Umuchu Nee Ezenwa of Achina took place at her husband’s compound in Umuchu, Aguata LGA, Anambra State, Nigeria on the 11th of January 2024.
It was a sober reflection on the 11th of January 2024, as friends and well wishers, family, relatives, in-laws, and kindred men and women; including organizations, gathered to sympathize with the Ezechukwu family in Umuchu.

Mrs Angela Azuka Ezechukwu was a devout Christian, a woman of honor, simple and humble with aversion for any form of dishonesty.
Late Mrs Angela Azuka Ezechukwu was the Executive Chairman of Timmy Thomas Investment Nigeria Limited.

Angela was born on the 10th of December 1965 into the family of late Mr. Edmond Ezenwa and late Mrs. Irene Ezenwa both of Umueleke, Achina in Aguata LGA, of Anambra State.
She grew up in Onitsha where she attended Queen of Rosary College (QRC) in 1985.
Thereafter, proceeded to Federal College of Education Obudu in Cross River State, where she obtained her National Certificate of Education (NCE) in Economics in 1989.
Later, she bagged a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in 1996 and a Master’s degree in Health Management/Administration in 1998 from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State.
Working/Social Profile Mrs Angela Ezechukwu
Mrs Angela Ezechukwu working career started in teaching A’Level Home Economics at the Social Centre School Onitsha.
Cake making, Wedding accessories making and renting, event management was part of her specialty.
Angela became an employee of the local Government Services Commission, Onitsha where she worked for about Fifteen years before proceeding for her PHd programme.
She got married to Late Mr Thomas Ezechukwu of Umuchu in Aguata LGA in Anambra State; and they were blessed with 3 boys.
After she lost her husband, she relocated to Lagos State, Nigeria and ventured into business.
Mrs Angela Ezechukwu started with the importation of children/baby range of products like VIP baby diaper, adults diapers, and plastic hangers (DE ANGELO).
She was the first to introduce Plastic dryers, Adult Diapers and Adult wipes into the Nigerian market.
Also, she introduced Unipoint bullet proof security and interior Doors, Unique Kitchen Cabinets, wardrobes, furniture fittings things differently.

Mrs Angela (Ada Mary) was a lover of sports and was involved in different sporting events in Nigeria.
She was the Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Swimming Board.
Late Mrs Angela Azuka Ezechukwu had passion for helping humanity and then was involved in many charitable organizations and activities.
More Achievements of Mrs Angela Ezechukwu
She was the founder of ‘Our Lady Widow’s Might Foundation’ which is an NGO that Carter’s for the welfare of widows in rural communities-
And also empower them with non-interest soft loans. With about 200 widows on pay roll.
One will wonder why the block rosary members attended her burial, she host a feast to celebrate Assumption of our lady into heaven:
She organized every 15th of August every year for all block rosary crusade centers in Fegge Onitsha.
The celebration featured presentation of awards to children, scholarships and rosary chaplets to all the participants.

Late Angela Ezechukwu was a member of the Soroptimist Int’l of Surulere of which she was anointed the 10th President of the group.
And she was a member Board of Trustee of Queen of Rosary College Alumni.
May her gentle soul continue to rest in peace.
