Late Elder Adameziri Florence Ezeude was born in October 1960 into the family of late Ezeonyechedoro Ezeude & late Ejeagha, of Umuemerue kindred in Umulekwe Isi-Achina.
She was the Fifth child and second daughter of the family.

Adameziri Ezeude attended Progressive Primary School Achina. And later, Girls secondary school Akwa-Etiti.
She got married to late Hezekiah Azi and the marriage was blessed with three children.

As a Christian , she was a staunch member of Marble Collegiate Redeemed Church (MCRC).
She was one of the executive of the famous Umuadaugo Isi-Achina, and was Chairlady of Umuada Umulekwe.
As a business woman, she was marketing health drugs; sold hand bags and jewelries.
