“Knowing your numbers” means being aware of the key health indicators that determine your risk for diseases like hypertension, Diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
It means understanding that prevention is better, cheaper, and wiser than cure.
It means taking ownership of your health before illness takes ownership of you.
The theme “Protect Your Life” is a call to action. It is a reminder that your life matters. Your health matters. Your wellbeing matters.”

Yes! Best Sister Dr Adaku Aniebue is from Achina Community in Aguata LGA, Anambra State. Some dignitaries from Achina was in attendance; the likes of Chief Don Ezeh (Ochikota Achina), Chief Mark Anthony Dike (Igwebuike Achina), Chief Emeka Dimude I(Ifedioranma), Engr. Okey Ezenwa, Barr. Arc. Yomi Awoniyi, former Deputy Governor of Kogi State, Nigeria was the Chairman of the occasion, Mr. Chris Alabi (Father of the Day), while the keynote speaker was Dr. (Mrs.) Orode Doherty. BS Mubarakat Abiola Agusto-Agoro immediate past National President SIAF Ambassador, SINA was present. Chinwe Ezenwa-Mbah Esq., were among notable members of Soroptimist International Nigerian Association that attended.
